If the Various Network Operators are allowed to bill the Consumers incorrectly and get away with it. They will continue to do it. Billing errors can easily be corrected with the Billing Software Providers. But i guess because it sways in the various operators favour. They dont care to fix the bugs in the system. ICASA is underfunded and unstaffed. Please impose some decent fines on the Network Operators to entice them to fix these problems Speedily. Fines in excess of R10 million a time would be a great place to start.
When will ICASA start protecting the South African Consumer.
Maybe we need people like myself to be on the ICASA panel checking on the Various Councillors whether they are doing their JOBS.
