Incorrect item returned to me from takealot

Hi. I just want to find out if anyone has ever had an incorrect item returned to them by takealot and what happened? Ordered a microwave which was faulty and returned it requesting a refund from takealot, supplier said nothing wrong and sent it back to me, only problem is that it isn't the microwave that I originally had as it seems to have paint on it or something and is definitely not the one I had originally. Picked it up from one of the Cape Town pickup points today. What can I do?

No, unfortunately not

I have had wrong items delivered to me, but I just didn't accept it from the courier. That time you could also phone takealot and they said thank you. Problem now is it is difficutl to get hold of them and if they deliver the wrong products that is not linked to anything you ordered... then goodluck!

This is so important. Always take photos of the item once you opened the box and also take photos of the item when you send it back under warranty.

Is it the same model, but just not the one that you returned?
What is the condition like of the one that they sent you, does it look new?

Same model and all, it got random white paint markings on it, and it actually looks second hand rather than new. Also the glass is broken
