Thank you for getting in touch via pm.
Unfortunately ADSL 20Mbps only has a 1Mbps upload. For a 5Mbps upload you need to be on VDSL2 modulation.
Openserve has advised that the DSLAM you are connected to is old and that it does not support VDSL2 mode and hence the max speed offered on this DLSAM is 20Mbps download and 1Mbps. Upload on ADSL.
