Increasing disconnections.

Well here is my stats from the router :

Which is pretty good as you can see and taking in consideration I stay less then 100m from the exchange aswell. and I still get disconnections on wow. however i found that Axxess unshaped was best connection so far for raiding for me just bit expensive.

Well, I've phoned telkom in regards to LA and S/N ratio. And they told me it's an ISP related issue? I don't know maybe I've got the wrong idea here, but as far as I can tell it is a telkom issue?

Its a telkom line problem, not an ISP issue

Basically phoned them today and told them to come to my premises. Since I know it's not a exchange/dslam problem, I've had that looked at recently.
