Incredible Connect - just horrible!

A friend of mine gave me one of these ADSL vouchers that Incredible are giving to customers when they buy certain hardware these days.

I've just run out of bandwidth fromAfrihost and switched to this account. It's horrible! Speedtest doesn't even load. Does anyone else concur?

Whoa!

I just did a speedtest on my iPhone, since I can't get it to work in Firefox and I got dl speeds of 4.8Mbps, which is faster than I am supposed to go. I had a look in my router settings and I see that somehow the downstream/upstream settings have shifted to 6144/640.

So why now, is my desktop not properly loading sites that have been loading just fine under 4096/512?

Has anyone else in Durban experienced this recently?

Desktop not have a dns server set that cant be reached via the other isp?

I had DNS issues with this product but found download speeds where good - just latency sucked.
