Incredible connection and drifta

Phoned incredible connection this afternoon and they say they got stock of drifta today. Ask them to please keep me one. They say sure and take my name and number and tell me to collect from Danie.
Get there tonight and surprise surprise no stock and Danie has no idea about it. All I get is a sorry, don't know who you spoke to. R50 petrol, R8 parking and 1h45 mins of wasted time.
If I ever buy something there again, my legs must please fall off! What incompetence.

PS - Fred - I got mine at incredible for R399 - guess its luck of the draw

I got it from Multichoice. They are advertising it on TV now.

@Fred1, any chance you could private message me your contact details so I can sort out that issue you had with not getting a Drifta?
 
No problems, managed to get one. My brother in law bought one for me at Incredible Connection Blue Route on Saturday.
Box was opened and drifta didn't even go on, obviously a faulty returned one. Returned it on Sunday and the manager can't even apologise for the inconvenience. Poor customer satisfaction skills!

Managed to get one from House and Home so happy now. :D Just feel sorry for the next bloke they pass the faulty drifta on to.
 
Just an update. Can't badmouth and not say when they do something right!
Big up to Danie from IC Canal Walk. He called and apologised and explained the problem.

No news from IC Blue Route tho. But no news is good news i guess!
