All these issues seem just too convenient to me. Why are things getting even more centralised now? Why now, when we are supposed to see more market liberalization and more of an open and certainly more efficient governing bodies for the telecoms industry?
IMHO i did not believe ICASA was any-way independent, at any time in its past... Every time some action needs to be taken the company name changes or counsilors are implicated in "uber scams"
How can they give an important job like that to Poison Ivy? I don't know what those old geezers smoked but i want some too. In medieval times the only job she would have qualified for requiered a brightly coloured hat with several pointy bits and bells on the end of it.
This is just more proof that the Government believes that their way of thinking will conflict with that of the public and ICASA... thus they have given themselves a way to solve these issues.
