. I have no problem with SA companies using skills from wherever they can get them (after all we have a shortage of IT skills here), but for these guys to "aid a company's transformation objectives" just makes no sense. I thought transformation was all about jobs for South Africans

What does transformation mean in this context?
Does this mean that any foreign national contributes towards transformation quotas?

I know for a fact that the definition of "Black" is African, Couloured and Indian SOUTH AFRICANS! How BCX is interpreting this confuses me. Maybe they have arranged marriages for them in SA

Mmm but the indians are the best in IT right? I suck but others are good.

I've met many Indians working in IT over in Europe. No, they are not the best. Enthusiastic Yes.
Many embellish their CVs. In fact that was the norm.
Many have skills that look good but would never be useful.
The ones I came across were keen to finish the task, whether it worked or not. i.e. eNatis style shoddiness.

There's no question that India is the IT and call centre sweat shop of the world.

My concern was really around how foreign nationals "of colour" can can be seen as contibuting to EE / AA / CallItWhatYouLike
