Induction Kit's

i guess your warranty papers should advise you about that. i guess it also depends on whether the manufacturer endorses a certain brand. Like Shnitzer and BMW.
 
depends what u doing as well. like installing an aftermarket sound system without cutting thro' wires.
 
What car and what induction?
You do get little bolt on induction kits that you can fit on and take out when you go for a service...

Its an Opel... you need more than induction to go fast.Slap a lekka cone filter ( that sounds really SHARP) HEHEHE
 
Induction kits are a waste of money IMO. A cone filter makes the car sound more powerful than it actually is, and most people forget to put on a heat shield, so it sucks in hot air from the enige bay and lose even more power. Get a K&N panel filter that fits into your airbox, that's the best option for not voiding any warranty.
 
look online for a company called Motorcade, they are in CT and apparently offer very good units. Last i heard their CAI induction for the Focus ST was the best on the market in SA even beating some international brands' units
 
I have a trick for you...
Works lekker on a Citi golf and old Polos...

Open your airbox, remove those cone thingys, make the box hollow, buy a K&N or BMC flat bed filter drill one or two holes on the side of the box at the bottom!

Will sound cool and it wont sound fake like other inductions.:)

Never fitted one, but I've driven Opel's that have and if you have a look on Opel Owners Forum you'll get the same advice from the people there that actually know.

When you put the cone filter on the car develops flat spots and it drives like sh#t. I'm not too clued up on the Corsa C (the one you have) but on the Corsa B (I have 2), the airbox has restrictions which can be removed, that does make a bit of a difference in response.

If you really have to go to www.inductionkits.co.za and get one there.

The owner of that website actually knows his Corsa C's, he is building a Corsa C 1.4 with a Turbo and it' mega strong, you can have a look here:
