This is an update on an earlier thread:

The latency I reported to them on 4 November 2016 is still around. In fact, it is now even worse - where it was previously an annoyance, gaming is downright impossible now.
I am also only reaching 23mbps/18mbps whereas I am paying (and managed to reach for the first month) speeds of 38/20mbps.
The worst bit is their non-existent customer service or support - if you are used to the likes of Afrihost, do not even CONSIDER moving over. They have no web interface, and their support is limited to a chap named Phindile who has to deal with all the support on his own. My last update from him was on 26 December 2016 when he stated that their technicians are configuring the router...and the appear to be busy until now.
This has been THE WORST experience I have ever had. I have had better service from a Licensing Department or Home Affairs just after lunch than these jokers.
Do yourself a favour and stay away.
