Infinity Fibre (xDSL) - Really bad!!!

If you every want to know about the service of Infinity Fibre (Xdsl) it is shocking!!! They offer great packages but the service is really bad.
1. They messed up my address details and the installation time was double the waiting time.
2. After receiving my router and VOIP phone, the phone was not configured, after a month it was working and I still need to pay for the service.
3. They will port your 012 number for you but you must see the documentation.
4. They guarantee 20M up and 20M down. Well, they don't deliver. All they tell you is that we told you so in a mail. Got my 20M Down but only 10M up, according to them it is a Telkom setting. False advertising!!
5. I was told no shaping or throttling and no soft caps, well it is the 21st of the month and I can't even get 5M down. With my Afrihost account I get 19M down. So don't blame Telkom or OpenServe for your k@k service

So please don't do business with Infinity Fibre. The people clearly don't know what they are doing.
