Info Billion Powerline series

I've been using two sets of the BiPAC P106 R2 for almost two years now. I use it to connect my wife, son and Mede8er to my router and it works just fine for me.

If the HomePlug AV500 product line is anything like the AV200, I'd definitely say go for it. I'd done a lot of homework before going with Billion and I was not disappointed. What I read about some of the alternate manufacturers (overheating, not lasting more than 3 months) put me off using anything else (This was two years ago BTW).

Thanx for the reply. I have read on about the overheating, some guy even going so far as putting a heatsink on it.

It looks like they made some strides on the new BiPAC 2075, 500Mbps transfer rate and gig ethernet ports. The price on the starting package, which has two BiPAC 2075 units for R1276.60 at WebAntics
