Info on Axxess Required from Users Please (Urgent)

Very Good... If you use a program such as StrongDC++, you can easily obtain 52kbps on popular files. Otherwise speeds in the day are at full speed except for certain international sites which I sometimes have problems with.

Axxess is access

I recently reached the 3gig cap over a week-end and had to get access real quick. I phoned all over and made equiries every where - three hours later all I had was promises and no access so I tried the Axxess all hours number and with in twenty minutes I had access.

I then "abused" the service for about ten days down loading a lot of crap (11gigs worth of crap) and had no problems with speed or availability during this period.

The fact that they gave me service and support when I needed it the most counts a lot for myself and my business.

Out of my with experience with them, I will recommend Axxess to any Adsl Business user that need real access.

I'm also on axxess for past days ... I've never had any sort of problems just joy ... finally cancelld my previous ISP ... I'm on the 384K connection and on emule I 'd say my average download rate is 28KB/s according to eMule stats ... which is fairly good as eMule is not really for anyone ... :D ... (un)fortunately I get everything I need from eMule and cannot comment on anyother p2p apps. As for normal downloading via http I get about 39KB/ps which is normal for a 384K line.

LowID's are I think are more common with Hardware Firewalls although I can't prove that since I dont have a hardware firewall (but that's what a lot of people I converse with have problems with...hardware configuration) .... so No!!! :D .... I never had LowID problems ever since I used ADSL up untill yesterday I used ZoneAlarm ... and now I'm using Outpost .... and thus far Ive never had any LowID with either Firewall Clients.

LowIds would be more prevalent in Hardware firewalls, assuming the users don't setup the portforwarding rules necessary.

I doubt that the local cap will effect Axxess or AYCE, but you never know untill it happens. In the end you should be save if you go on a monthly contract with Axxess. I'm sure they have a monthly contract, right?
