Info on home loans

Hi mybb,

Need some info and don't have time right now to phone around.

I've found a place that I'd like to buy as investment. Now I would like to get a home loan where I'd have access to the funds and withdraw if I need. Does anyone here have such a home loan? Or can anyone recommend any such home loan so that I can read up further on?
