Hi guys,
I just want to ask if anyone has any info whatsoever regarding the possibility of making a homemade antennae for use in the 2.1Ghz HSDPA spectrum? Is this possible and if so where can i find a step-by-step guide on how to build it?
Most would wonder why i just dont buy an antennae but the reason would be thats about +- R1400 for a medium gain from poyntingdirect and this is too much to spend as i already have the signal, just very poor and would like to improve it somewhat.
I did do one test which seemed to work ( using a 2dB DIPL A0042-04 poynting antennae placed in the centre of a dstv sat dish ) but the only problem would be how to extend my cable on the antennae.
Any help would be much appreciated
