Info regarding ADSL on Belkin wireless router

Morning folks,

OK I have a niggling question.

I have gotten a quote (for insurance) on a Wireless Modem router from STAX. It is a Belkin N1 Wireless Router.
(My router decided it was going on leave - it was a telkom one...)

My problem is that all the sales people said it was a MODEM router (that it, ADSL modem built-in).

But I can't find any specs on the modem in it. In fact, all I can see online is the manual that states a modem is required?

The model number is F5D8231-4.

Could anyone clarify it for me? Do I need an ADSL modem ontop of this one?

Tell the people who quoted you to stop smoking ***** and get you an adsl router,not a "broadband" router

As far as I can see, there are 2 models.

Thanks for the reply. I hope we get our stock from the UK, because their version has an ADSL port, with built in 2/2+ modem.
