I would like to know how will the following work?
Scenario
I am the sole distributor for Africa for a product manufactured overseas.
I currently sold to 2 stores in JHB and now have 1 store in CT I supply .
Can I have distributors in the different provinces where they will purchase from me and sell to other businesses?
This way I will be the Head office based in JHB?
Can they have reps to sell to other stores?
By doing this i suppose me as the sole distributor would need to sell the product cheaper in order to do the business this way?
