To our valued iBurst Customers



It has come to our attention that a number of our customers’ monthly debit orders were duplicated on Saturday 1 November 2008. Please note that our bankers are investigating this issue and are in the process of reversing the duplicated transactions.



We would like to apologise to those affected for any inconvenience caused. We are working with our partners to resolve this as a matter of urgency.
