Infra Red Heaters

Recently read an Eskom poster indicating infra red heaters being the most cost effective heating for certain scenarios. I know many restaurants use them but rarely see them being sold. Where can i find domestic infra red heaters? Any idea if you get portable ones ?

Those are bar heaters, i was referring to infra red

I also thought so, but according to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infrared_heater) quartz heaters is infra-red heaters
