Initiation Schools?

I just heard on 702 that people get payed as little as R50 to kidnap boys on the Westrand and taking them to initiation schools, why the hell would initiation schools pay to have itinitiates? And why the hell are they badly beating and killing their initiates?

I had a chat to the guy who does my landscaping about the initiation process last year and from what I could follow when they are released from the camp depends on the amount of money that has been raised.

I could be completely wrong but I'll ask him again tomorrow.

personally, I wouldnt get out of bed to kidnap anybody unless I got payed at least R500....these guys should get a union or summink.
