Initio360 or Metrofibre

I have a bizarre issue every few days where my downloads drop to 0.05Mbps for a certain time ... Before going to back to 25Mbps like normal.

How do I work out if Initio or MFN? I'm paying R900.00+pm for a service that breaks every day or two. Granted - downloads are fine, so I can browse - but sites feel sluggish (guessing there is an uplo9ad every time?) and I wait for 30 seconds for my 100k WhatsApp photo to send to a friend.

Initio are fairly unhelpful in the whole situation, so it appears to me down to me to try troubleshoot with my limited tools

EDIT : I'm now back to my 25Mbps. The last 10 minutes has been at 0.05Mbps

Check DNS and see if you can change your MTu to 1436
