If the product is totally useless then you can't make money. At least not for long. Medication come with side effects before you head on off down that rabbit hole.

Yes. Our government recommending circumcision as a HIV preventative measure was stupid and not to mention irresponsible.

I know doctors in USA and other countries would recommend it, but it was not done for medical reasons or prevention of HIV. Money making scheme. We are talking about HIV now and how our government recently recommended it as a HIV prevention method which is shocking.

You do realise that it's a cultural thing in RSA that our wonderful government is simply trying to wrap in a fight against HIV...they're kind of band-wagoning on it all, but it has been done by the Xhosa culture for centuries. They'd do that anyway no matter what the government says, otherwise you're not considered a man.

Most of what our government does is stupid and irresponsible. This was nothing out of the ordinary.
