Claim the I am a tourist act. I can convert it because of my citizenship,I think they give you twenty questions or something but it will take forever to get an appointment.

They give a guy we know from Belgium in Mauritius kark all the time and he has a international license. Idk if it is because he is a foreigner.
They take it pretty seriously owning a boat with criminal record checks etc. When my dad was in Mauritius this year a guy told them 5 boats were stolen from cap malheureux, abandoned in Reunion after trafficking drugs.

Just a CAT R. We not planning to really go over the reef (maybe coin de mire at most). I have been to coin de mire in a 15hp small tiny boat with my uncle. Nada safety care lol. He even would take his kids and wife to flat island lol.
