Inno-Setup registry entry

Can anyone help me understand how to make Inno Setup automatically include my softwares *.reg file in the computers registry? I am new with the software and can't find any documents on how to do it.

I need it to smoothly add the entry when someone runs the installer. Thanks.

Perhaps a link to where I can figure out how to do this? There must be a couple of software developers around that have done this before.
