Inquiry into DTPS management launched

The Minister of Telecommunications and Postal Services has initiated an inquiry into the management affairs of his department.

In addition, last week 80% of the senior staff were issued warning letters by the DG for their non-performance

I'm glad there's a clamp-down but if it's 80% of senior staff then surely the problem is the working environment
