Inside fan issues

So my fan/heater/aircon started making a very funny noise yesterday and I couldn't use it as I was scared it was going to do further damage.

This morning I decided to have a look at the fan.
1) Take of sideboards and carpet holders
2) Take out cubbyhole
3) Take out fan

Problem solved:-

That was a perfectly good Eskom avoidance device you trashed there Hemi. Those rats get those fans up to 200rpm and really cut down on electricity consumption.
