i am not sure that this the total truth on the matter, but this is how the story goes:
telkom is reluctant to do ADSL instalations due to there ISDN clients they are sharing the same bandwith, and there is a shortage thereof i do not understand the concept bihind that statement, but after not taking no for a awnser the first time i escalated our company orders and we all getting it installed, where telkom claimed only avalable in 2005 in our area. our order is being installed 1 September 2003
