Who are they?
My client, the market leader in network video, is leading the way to a smarter, safer, more secure world — driving the shift from analog to digital video surveillance. Offering network video solutions for professional installations, their products and solutions are based on an innovative, open technology platform.
They currently have an opportunity for an Inside Sales Account Manager in their Observatory office.
What will you do?
As part of the Inside Sales team working in Middle East and Africa, your key task will be to manage all incoming sales leads and opportunities for the WECA region, qualifying them for further actions. You will also be responsible for proactively contacting selected authorized partners, selling them their products and signing them up to their training scheme and their Channel Partner Program.
Your main activities will include:
• Management of incoming calls from our partners and customers
• Providing information about products, pricing etc.
• Work with and assist their Key Account Manager who is in charge of larger integrators
• Follow up on leads and projects assigned
• Identify potential resellers of their products to join their Channel Partner Program
Can you apply?
• Matric & relevant tertiary qualification
• 3 – 5 years’ experience from technical product sales
• Experience from working with technical products, preferably within IT or Security
• Previous sales experience from the WECA region
• Experience with CRM systems coupled with a solid understanding of its overall integration and influence on key sales processes
• Fluent communication skills in English and French both written and verbal
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
