Insider trading at Didata?

im not suprised. like a pack of vultures on the remains of a carcass. this is 21st century capitalism. the free for all thats gonna come back and bitch slap all of us so hard i doubt many of our species will survive it.

This kind of thing will always happen...

BUT blaming this on DiData or NTT is incorrect.. the people at fault are greedy individuals who should have known better.

why do ppl always assume the traders are guilty
what ever happened to innocent until proven guilty?

Hi guys, just a question but how does insider trading work? I looked it up and it says something about having information that is not available to the general public. So does that mean that if you're an "insider" like an accountant or whatever, are you not allowed to trade within your company?

From my understanding, you are not allowed to trade in the shares if you know critical inside information that will affect the share price. You can still trade in the shares everyday but not before a major announcement that only the top few people know about.

Aah ok, thanks!
