Instagram adding video feed sharing

Summary of the press conference:
-From today video on Instagram will be available on iOS & Android
-15 second video clips vs Vine which has 6 seconds
-13 costum video filters
-You can select the cover frame for your video, where as Vine selects the first frame of the video
-Cinema: a video tool which helps record clear videos where the holder of the phone is moving
