What were the steps involved here?
1. Go to MyBB
2. Register account
3. Navigate to ADSL and VDSL discussions
4. Create a new thread- Installation of XDSL
5.Comment - appointment for the 1st March its ok
Did Telkom tell you to do this?
Did a techie tell you to do this?
What was the point of it all?
Did the Telkom agent ask you to confirm the 1st of March, got cut off and thought,"Hey I'll just confirm on MyBB"?
Why MyBB? Why not post on their Twitter account or Facebook?
