Installation Question

Hi

Is it physically possible to have a dual LNB with a functioning Xtraview Setup of an HD PVR and an Xplora?

My LNB was struck by lightening and the installation dude is saying he "updraded" the LNB from a dual to a quad but I am 99% sure I had a quad before when I did the Xtraview installation.

The Xplora switch allows you to have that configuration yes

New standards require accredited installers to supply quad LNB's. It is for some satellite upgrade in the pipeline.

Yeah I have heard that as well but insurance will pay only for what I had I guess and I need to prove I had a quad...
