Currently got an SD Pvr with a quad LNB. If i get the HD Pvr and want to make use of the HD Pvr in only one room what do i need? Both decoders will be in the sameroom and only one TV will need access to the SD Pvr.

Setup will depend on;

- How is/do you want the one other TV to be connected?
- Do you want to use the remote via the RF cable from the other room?

well its currently connected by a normal coax cable i think, and it uses a remote blaster to adjust the channel.

Is that wireless or via RF cable (TV eye)? Determines whether you can do it the easy or harder way.

Hi guys

We get an enormous amount of requests by DIY enthusiasts, requesting examples and drawings of xtraview installations to enable them to to it themselves.

Rather than sending them individually, we decided to put them on our website for everyone to see! Yes it's probably not what you'd expect from installers, but what the hell, if your mind is set on doing it yourself, you'll find a way even without my help... ;)

So here it is: Visit our site on www.dstv-installations.co.za and click the link on the left menu called "INSTALLATION EXAMPLES" which will take you to the page. Follow the instructions on the page and we'll give ou access to the examples.

If you need other examples, please request it via e-mail to [email protected].

Enjoy
H
