Installing apps only available on the US app store

Hi

I need to download an app that is only available on the USA app store. I am trying to download it on my iPhone.

I have read that you can change the location, but that requires a credit card, address and new phone number. I'm worried that my recovery number for my Apple profile will then change and cause problems.

Is there an easier way? Or is it as easy as filling in the form, downloading the app and then changing it back?

Create a new account based in the US.

iDevices can support multiple accounts.

Assuming the app you want is free it’s no problem.

Create US Apple ID with Prepaid option.

Log out of Appstore.

Log in with US account.

Download app.

Log out of Appstore.

Login with SA account.

Use App.

Assuming it's not free he can purchase an iTunes US digital voucher on Amazon, Play-Asia or any number of other sites. I think the one in SA used to be called Wild Twig. He can then load that on his US account.

You make something up or use your real number.

It’s going to be a +1 so not going to actually work either way.
