Instant EFT payment for Discovery Bank

Hoping someone could assist. I am selecting the Instant EFT option to make payment with Discivery Bank. When I do so I get the below message:

"Pay via instant EFT

Discovery Bank Disabled​

Discovery Bank is currently offline due to maintenance"

Is this a functional feature, i.e. does it generally work or is it just not working presently?

@rain_mobile @rain_networks could anyone advise/assist with re-enabling internet for my connection back home whilst resubmitting the DO on your side? I've sent a PM, glad for any help you could give.
