A while back i heart my car on a very bad pothole. Having low profiles and all I had to fix the mag coz it had a bump on. Besides that i bent something coz now the alignment is out. I didnt think about it when it happened but now about 3months later i realised i made a big mistake seeing that my front left tyre is looking like crap from pulling to the left, compared to the rest of the tyres. so im putting in a claim for the alignment, do you guys think theres a way i can claim for the excess damage to my rim?

Putting in a claim? Have you weighed up the excess and increased levies against just paying cash for the job?

Im going for an avaluation on monday to check what the damages are. my excess is 6000. I dont think this will work...

guys come now, 6K is alot of money but in terms of car damage its nothing. i mean a friend of mine got a scratch on his polo 2007 model the size of a matchbox, really small. the cheapest quotes whe could find was R1200! now imagine having some bigger damage. 6K is not alot. ANYWHOO, I drive an Ibiza Cupra and since im under 25 the premium is a bit high. Not wanting to loose my outbonus i didnt claim for anything and paid in myself, but now that I really need it I want to claim for every damn little thing I could find. Now i must go to the freakn weal alignment center again to get quotes for the insurance. Wonder if the guy will help me and raise the bill abit
