Insurance payout - Claims Card

So after a fire in our house, content insurance has opted to pay us out via a Claims Card.
Besides the fact that the majority of the items cannot be replaced at the listed retailers, I cannot find any wording in the policy stating that a claim will be made via a Claims Card.

How do I go about getting the insurance to pay out in another method?

Insurer is Standard Insurance Limited.

Nope. Ended up "opening" the card to use at any retailer. Still not happy, but best I could get without filing a formal complaint, going through the legal system, etc.
