So far the best I've seen is R10 525. In the USA they're <$999 from discounters.

That's pricey - hope you have a large TV room or home theatre space to benefit from it.

A few of my buddies have expensive high powered units that never get used to their full potential because the neighbours would complain.....waste of money for them.

...but not my neighbours......MY WIFE....!!

After the first opening scences of the movie, she starts complaining about the "noise"....

My wife also complains about the "it's loud"

We , I , like action movies - Rambo 4 was awesome, clash of the Titans, star trek - a nice system is definately a plus, if you have a large lounge that is.

But well worth it - A buddy has this massive sound system (Marantz) in a small flat, he turns it so load it actually hurts as the speaker is 2m away!
