lol. Market related salaries mean nothing. Post the figures if you really are serious about getting people.

people who want to be employed will not care whether the post has figures or not

So you want to employ someone who is not currently employed then ? If you post an amount I know if it is even worth my effort or would consider moving "market related" just says "I wanna pay as little as possible"

Yep - We care.

I fit the description in the ad but won't apply. We may want to be employed , but because we're in demand we don't have to spend hours filtering through each ad hoping one fits the pay bracket we need.

Remember - there are about 10 jobs for each usable candidate in the area you are looking for. Why should we jump through your hoops?

Answer - we wont.

People who actually value their work "will not care" to what the expected salary is...

With that marketing you may just pop past builders warehouse and load a truck with people who just want work.

You are actually selecting your candidate set very poorly by doing this (more likely to be underqualified, unemployable or disgruntled), and the company comes off as exploitive and greedy, putting off those that aren't desperate. Believe it or not, this and the rest of the posts are constructive criticism, despite the tone of frustration.

That answer, along with the sort of candidate you request for in that post makes no sense.

You want quality people then don't post shiat answers like that.

I would not apply regardless of the pay, purely due to that arrogant houding.

Unfortunately I don't think this will change anything at Centrax.

They appear to be the type of HR company that just want placement fees and don't really care who or what they put there.

Fixed it for you :D You're welcome. Made a mental note to never do any business as a company or a candidate through this obnoxious company.
