Probably the only thing that can save them is aggressive streamlining, large investment in product development and wholesale restructuring of management at all levels.

Given Intel's abject failure with its 13th and 14th Gen chips, it would be a good time fort hem to get out of the market. A sell off to someone else moves the headache along.
