Intel believes bendable laptops are 2 years away

Intel thinks that laptops with foldable displays will debut in around two years, Nikkei Asian Review reports.

The company said it was working on understanding the limitations and potential of the technology, along with looking at ways the solution could improve the notebook experience.

Hope they don't get Samsung to make the displays.

Intel have bigger things to worry about than "bendable laptops".
In all likelihood, ARM based machines are going to start being faster than x86 in 5 years time.

Intel should be positioning itself such that it they can provide on-chip x86 emulation to facilitate the change.
