Does anyone have a excel sheet that can compare interest rates over the lifetime of a loan?
Need to do some calculations and I've had a little to much wine and google-fu is failing me a little bit.

Just to see the saving/impact long term

Google ooba they have loads of bonds calculators

Also make sure you have loads saved before buying there are loads of unforeseen not necessarily hidden expenses.

One thing for example the place we bought didn't realize we needed curtains till we moved in. Almost 12k on curtains alone. Just an example but you get the point.
