Not too sure about this. Maybe I didnt read it properly but it just seems too much PT for the average user.
Another usefull solution is spammotel.com
I used to use that alot until i learnt how to just protect my email addresses. The problem is that people dont do that and give their addys out willy nilly.
I know receive maybe 5 spam emails a week.
