This when trying to delete a message in the outbox that won't go through as mail.mtn.co.za is currently out of service ...
This error may be the result of trying to delete more than 4,000 messages at one time. Outlook can delete no more than 4,000 messages when it is working with a server message store.
To avoid this error, delete fewer than 4,000 messages in a single operation.
I am using pop accounts and not MS Exchange.
Setting Outlook 2007 to offline mode and then deleting the offending message from the outbox works fine though
