Anyone see the talk on SABC3's News Focus this evening at 18:15
Andrew McLaughlin of Harvard Law School gave a talk on why Africa is so far behind in high speed Internet and the reasons why.
He even slammed Telkom by name as well as the Goverment and all African Goverments for their protection on their protected Telco's

The state of telco deregulation in this country is a bloody joke! Just about every international speaker on the subject has a similar opinion to the above...
 
Yip, was a very interesting interview. He explained every answer really well and didn't leave anything vague. I requested a transcript of the interview from the SABC. Will post it here if I'm lucky enough to get it.
