The address for mywireless.sentech.co.za is 10.11.0.10 a reserved (by IANA) privately adressable IP range.

Seems that sentech are routing this traffic though on their backbone, which is what makes their registration system work. It also quite neatly keeps their registration system unavailable from the internet in general, aside from MyWireless users.

A bit of useless information nonetheless but I found it interesting.

Actually,

You log into the radio link, which has access to the registration server, afterwhich, you SHOULD automatically (if you have the damn correct bios, not like me) log into the ISP side, where your 10.0.0.0 range IP will change to a 66.0.0.0 range IP address and the DNS Servers would automatically change as well.

So it's a 2 step login process (and if you count email, 3)

Uhm. Basically... That is what I _just_ said.

You get onto a private network with PPP for the registration system. Also, even after you are signed into their "public" network, the 10.x.x.x adresses are still acessible, so that you can change your password and your account details.
