LOL the universe from one angle kind of looks like some mouse neurons from a particular angle when you squint hard.
 
Looks like a spiders web too. Wonder what conclusions can be drawn from that? Spiders made the universe? :whistle:

While I'm generally pretty blown away by how amazingly intricate our brains are and I have a passing interest in cosmology I find this to be quite a stretch.

Very fun though. Good find Vanilla Sky.

I am often left wondering after reading things like this where the funding comes from. Who is prepared to pay money for these sort of pointless studies? Like that study about women's butts or the one about the locomtion of 3-legged dogs. WHY?!?
