C# Object orientation (not negotiable).
MVC, Javascript HTML5 (not negotiable).
SQL Server queries


Able to work on own initiative as well as with project leader.
Aptitude for working with large data.
Self-starter.
Must be used to checking for data consistency.

Important: Object orientation is not negotiable in these positions.

For the more senior role, you had to be between 45 and 48 and a half, IIRC...
