Normally I get around 3.8 on a 4 meg line, but intermittently, the line speed drops down to essentially zero, sometimes reseting the router or having a port recreate down helps, but not all the time and then the speed is back to normal, this could be a few minutes to a few hours.
Axxess blames Telkom, and vice versa. Telkom says as it is an intermittent proble, so they can't do anything, call your ISP.
