intermittand connection

What is it with connection last 2 days have access for 15 minutes then access down. Have to restart mifi a couple times, each time I lost connection, to be able to get access. Really annoying to say the least..!

and phoning to get the best support in the world, there is no service.. How do you expect me to log a notification if I cannot even connect to internet. your telephone answering service is actually such a joke.

at least so far I am connected long enough to post a message here. (4rd time it seems I am lucky to get something posted)

Your connection should definitely not be this problematic.

Can you please send me a PM with your Mobile Data account name so that I can look into this and make any changes needed.
